Terribly sensitive skin can sound familiar to a lot of us. Dee Unruh was no different. Constantly trying new products and finding to her horror that invariably they made her skin become puffy, sore, red, swollen and in a real mess, she was given some of the moor products to try. With great fear and trepidation she tried one of the creams. Imagine her delight when she found that it did not make her skin sore and she found it was so gentle. Within a few months her skin was positively glowing with health. 'The effects were wonderful'.

Dee threw away her enormous selection of beauty brands and has only used the Moor products ever since. She even suggested to her sister Sandy, who had tennis elbow and could not use her arm that she try the products. Her sister's problems were solved. Realising the potential of the brand, Sandy trained as a beauty therapist using only the Moor products so that she too could spread the word.

Starting the company from home and determined to bring these gentle products to as many people as possible Dee was sure that potential customers would decide that this brand of products would be the one for them. Something that Moor spa has always taken great pride in is that once you try their products you will be sold on them.
So convinced that these products would sell themselves Dee organised for a selection of the most popular products to be sent to the Harpers and Queen's beauty director. Harpers and Queen were so impressed with what they had tried that they wrote a full-page article on the Moor and the business took off.

With the sudden increase in business and deciding that she needed another approach to the company Dee persuaded her son to become a key part of the company. In 2002 they were able to move into new premises and take on additional staff. The company is run by a team of dedicated staff who all believe that they sell a truly wonderful product range.

Moor is widely regarded within the beauty industry as a brand of holistic and body care products that work. A recent independent survey backed up their claims with staggering results. Over 200 members of the public were interviewed and 80% agreed that Moor spa products were amongst the best they had used.
